Our Connectivity Assurance Plus enhancements cover any service calls or repairs to any part of our network. If there’s a problem with our equipment or wiring, whether it’s inside or outside your home, we’ll fix it or replace it and make sure it’s working at maximum performance.

Other internet providers charge up to $100 per visit if a service tech has to come to your home for a repair – not with DUO Broadband.
