Problem? We'll fix it.

Our Connectivity Assurance Plus enhancements cover any service calls or repairs to any part of our network. If there’s a problem with our equipment or wiring, whether it’s inside or outside your home, we’ll fix it or replace it and make sure it’s working at maximum performance.

Other internet providers charge up to $100 per visit if a service tech has to come to your home for a repair – not with DUO Broadband.

This valuable new service will cover the following:

  1. Visits to a customer’s premises will be FREE OF CHARGE.
  2. Dedicated focus to the customer, service and equipment at the location.
  3. Technicians go above and beyond, offering suggestions and tips to enhance your broadband experience while troubleshooting any possible issues for repair.
  4. We always check speed levels to make sure services are delivered at billed and expected levels.
  5. We suggest using the YOUDUO router app for personal control of your home network. We assist in downloading and beginning the management of the FREE app and NEW service features.
  6. Before leaving the premises technicians gain customer confirmation that their needs and request has been met.
  7. Onsite survey will be made available for customer feedback.
