We are making a change to your current Lightspeed Internet service package, specifically, the bundling of landline service. To compensate, we are substantially increasing your Internet speeds!

Expanded use of wireless phones, additional state and federal regulations and the elimination of Federal Universal Funds for landline telephone service have increased the cost for traditional phone service that we must pass on to our customers. In order to offer the Lightspeed package at the same price and provide our Lightspeed broadband customers with the best value, we can no longer offer phone service (landline telephone) as a free service with the Lightspeed Internet package.

Now the good news! Beginning in December if you have 50 meg Internet service it will be automatically upgraded to 75 meg, or, if you have 100 meg service it will be automatically upgraded to 125 meg at NO cost to you.

If you wish to continue the phone service as part of your high-speed Internet package, we will grandfather in this service for existing customers at 50% of the normal monthly charges. You would pay ONLY $15.00 per month including all taxes and regulatory fees. If this is the option you choose, you will need to do nothing and your monthly bill will reflect this new charge, beginning with your January 2018 bill. Any future changes to remove and add back this service would then be at the full rate.

If you have a home security system, please be aware that you still may need this service for your monitoring.

However, if you no longer wish to keep your phone service, you must let us know as soon as possible to avoid future charges after the first of the year. Please fill out the request form below to discontinue phone service free of charge, or call and speak with a customer service representative during normal business hours.
