Need help troubleshooting? These are your guys! Employee needs help with their computer? These are your guys! Today's Telecom Tuesday is Chris Hites & Jansen Hopper, our IT Support Specialist!

Chris having 14 years with the company, and Jansen trailing a little behind him with 11. Static IPS, IVR phone systems, CAF testing reports, and any "techy" things is what these guys handle.

Jansen is our country boy of the back office: he enjoys boating, grilling, 4wheeling, spending time with family, and corn hole! Not to mention, you can always catch him hooking a keeper.

Chris isn't just Mr. Fix It at work but enjoys taking something broken and figuring out how to fix it himself. His favorite title is "PAPA", spends his free time crafting, and strives to be strong in his faith.
