DUO Broadband is not one of those large, distant corporations. We’re a locally built, 70+ year company, founded with the sole purpose of providing best-in-class communication and dependable, local service for our rural region. When you provide feedback through our New Customer Survey, as well as our Annual Survey, you have an impact on our operations. We prioritize delivering the services our customers ask for by making network upgrades for speed, service, performance, features, capabilities, and value.
HOME NETWORK PROTECTION – FREE
DUO Broadband’s Connectivity Assurance Plus program covers any service calls or repairs to any part of our broadband network. If there’s a problem with our equipment or wiring, whether it’s inside or outside your home, we’ll fix it or replace it and make sure it’s working at maximum performance. Other internet providers may charge up to $100 per visit if a service tech has to come to your home for a repair — not with DUO’s Connectivity Assurance Plus.

NEW ROUTER FEATURES – FREE
If you’re an existing GigaSpire Router/Max WiFi subscriber, we want to make sure you are aware of two powerful network control features: ProtectIQ® and ExperienceIQ® now available within our free YOUDUO App. All you have to do is download the App to your mobile phone.
HOME ROUTER SECURITY
ProtectIQ® provides home network level protection from viruses, malware and malicious websites 24×7. It proactively monitors network traffic coming into your home, automatically blocking anything that looks suspicious and preventing malicious activity from reaching your connected devices.
ENHANCED PARENTAL CONTROLS
ExperienceIQ® includes a complete set of features and applications that gives parents greater visibility, control, and protection when your children are online. This new feature allows you to prioritize the applications and devices that access WiFi, protect children from inappropriate content, and set time limits for them on your home network.
